Circus Act
Forsaken Circus is a manifestation of what takes place inside of us. Rather than dismiss our thoughts, feelings and emotions, we explore them directly for a more clear understanding of ourselves. As a painter uses a canvas, a musician a guitar, or an author the written word, we use our clothing to incite, inspire and provoke thought. Conclusively, we wish to realize our full potential as human beings.
If we can evolve individually, we can evolve collectively, but first we must identify the barriers, illusions and the facade we have built up. Once we understand these obstacles we can breakthrough the barriers, see past the illusions and strip away the facade. We cannot understand each other until we begin to understand ourselves. This is self-discovery, self-examination of the mind, and self-recognition of our fears leading to the culmination of our “self”. For us to completely transform, we must free ourselves of everything we think we know.
Viewing the world through the eyes of others brings understanding, which ultimately leads to compassion. Look beyond yourself and leave the chaos of your own mind behind.
